Silver Tomahawk lodge (80) merged twice (1995 and 2003) with Maheengun lodge (136) to form Ka-Ti-Miss Sipi lodge (37) and then Black Hawk lodge (67). This patch is crisp and mint. But, please refer to the image for the actual condition however. I believe it to be Blue Book issue S-2a.
