Description: UP FOR AUCTION IS a neat original 1888 the foot light Shenandoah Pennsylvania newspaper bulletin full of neat advertisements as seen in my photos above. Shenandoah is in Schuylkill county Pennsylvania. This is a folded up bulletin type newspaper I stuck it in a hard plastic sleeve so it can be displayed with no further damage.
