Description: OLYMPUS NCS PlanApo 100Xoil Objective, In Very Good Condition. The is a DIN-corrected objective, suitable for 160mm M.T.L. microscopes and meant to be used without a coverglass. It was introduced for the BH2 and AH2 systems, but will work with other DIN-corrected designs. This is especially so when paired with either Olympus WK or WHK eyepiece sets. The objective has an N.A. of 1.40, a Working Distance of 0.31mm, and a Focal Length of 1.63mm. It is equipped with an iris diaphragm, suitable for cardioid darkfield applications. The spring loaded action is not restricted and collimation is dead on. The metal immediately surrounding the front lens shows some marring, but this has no influence on the image quality.
