Thermocouple connectors of this design are used to connect or extend temperature sensors, extension wire and process equipment. The quick connect contact washer allows for a short straight wire to be terminated, a wire loop or wrap is not required. The Write-On Window tag is used to label as required. They connect or extend thermocouple wire and cable to thermocouple sensors, temperature instrumentation and process controllers. This popular series of thermocouple connector is available in all thermocouple types and are colour colour coded to either IEC or ANSI standards. The contact washers allow the installer to use a straight wire strip. This greatly cuts installation/termination time and eliminates the torque that is normally associated with wire that is looped around a termination screw.
