His roles on Broadway were mostly minor, as were many of the roles for his screen appearances. He was the host of the children's television series Polka Dot Door (1971). MICHAEL GLENN-SMITH (b. 1945) is a Broadway actor, most notably appearing in the original production of Celebration (1969) and Once I Saw A Boy Laughing... (1974). JERRY PLUMMER CHESTNUT is an actor and composer appearing in the play Once I Saw A Boy Laughing... (1974). He also composed songs featured in the musical Urban Cowboy (2003). SCOTT MANSFIELD is a playwright, writing for the play Once I Saw A Boy Laughing... (1974). RUSS THACKER (1946-2012) is an American actor of stage and film, appearing in six Broadway plays, including The Grass Harp (1971), Dear Oscar (1972), and Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up? (1982). His film roles were mostly minor, but included the role of Andrew in the 1972 film Savages. RICK WARNER is a Broadway actor, appearing in Sinbad (1918), First Lady (1952), and Once I Saw A Boy Laughing... (1974). GAIL MANSFIELD is the director of the play Once I Saw A Boy Laughing...
