Additionally, the indices, hour and minute hands have been relumed with "Old Radium" modern Swiss Superluminova. While there are some signs of honest wear (mostly harline swirls on the case and marks from strap changes), the watch is in excellent condition and it comes on an Uncle Seiko US1450 "President" bracelet (pictured). The watch (Cal. 3861) performs well within Master COSC specs (+ 1 s/d when worn, YMMV) — see timegrapher picture.
