Description: We have (2) remaining OptiTrack Prime 13 cameras from our VR installation that were earmarked for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Both cameras receive power over ethernet and appear otherwise functional - however, Motive is unable to receive data from them. They have never been sent back to OptiTrack for repair. Our Motive license capped at v2.3.0, so perhaps connecting them to a newer license will fix them with a simple Firmware update. Firmware updates via downgraded versions of Motive have been unsuccessful. Physically the chassis, lens and ethernet port are all in excellent condition. We have attempted multiple PoE switches and different cables to get them to be recognized in Motive, but so far they remain unrecognized. Purchased new from OptiTrack in 2021.
