Description: Vacuum cleaner definitely works, however it sounds exceptionally loud and may need to be repaired for that reason, possibly fan or motor. Not sure which of the two is the issue. What I do know is it’s much louder than it should be which indicates a repair is needed. Made sure to clean the vacuum as well as remove any hair that was tangled on the roller. I also have two HEPA bags I will include. I’ve cleaned the vacuum cleaner as you can see in the photos, it’s as clean as it would be when purchasing from a store.
