We grow wild, native pecans that are smaller in size, have a higher oil content and taste 'sweeter' than southern hybrid varieties. We process and distribute certified Organic Pecans, Pecan Oil and Pecan Meal/Flour. All of our products are non-hybridized, non-GMO, gluten free, kosher certified and 100 % single ingredient products processed in a Peanut Free facility. We practice sustainable agriculture and take pride in growing and producing delicious, health promoting, raw products! Our Pecans are a powerhouse of plant protein, dietary fiber, antioxidants, minerals, monounsaturated fats and phytonutrients. According to the US FDA, scientific evidence suggests but does not prove that eating 1.5 ounces of most nuts, such as pecans, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease. Our Pecans can be used in your everyday breakfast oatmeal, spinach salad, as a crust for poultry and seafood and in desserts and baked goods. Pecans are usually considered a compliant nut in specialty diets such as whole30, keto, vegan and vegetarian. All products are proudly grown and processed in the USA! We ship UPS Ground.
