The ad page measures about 6 1/2 x 9 1/2" and is in very good condition. The flip side has other ads of the time and the publication date penciled in on bottom edge (see scan). The ad will be enclosed in a plastic sheet protector and shipped flat in a manila envelope with cardboard stiffener and 'do not bend' sticker, via USPS First Class Large Envelope stamped mail.
