Our shop address is Shop 1/4 auburn rd Auburn NSW 2144 Phone number 0407100073 Toy Description Original Vintage first issue1968 Dinky Toys 104 Captain Scarlet Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle (SPV) Condition of SPV :The SPV is in excellent condition it’s in absolutely stunning near mint to mint condition i lean more to mint side I can’t see any loss of paint It comes with the original rocket and instructions Condition wise this is the best one i have ever had comes with original rocket the rocket clicks in after a few goes but when you push down on the sob back wheels the front door latch pops open but for some reason the rocket doesn’t shoot out it stays in place could be a spring problem The figure captain scarlet that drops down is missing it can easily be bought on line , the figure is plastic and is very small and it just slots in the pin hole on the back of the chair see last photo the 2 aerials are both present all tyres rims in excellent shinny condition comes with All original decals that are in very good condition with minor age wear I would rate the vehicle a 9.5 out of 10 Box condition : Outer box is solid and complete with some common wear , all inner and outer flaps are present . There is a tear on one end lip flap that tucks in the box but it’s still attached to the main flap The original owner was very fussy and he wanted to preserve the outer box he has reinforced all inner and outer flaps by some white special museum material it’s not Tape so there’s no tape repair it’s just the white colour of the material you can see that’s used for reinforcing all flaps . There’s some minor old stains on the box The box has strong vibrant colours with outstanding art work I would rate the outer box a 8 out of 10 Inner plinth condition : The inner plinth is complete with some common creases age wear and some rubs to the inner side where the vehicle would of rubbed against it over the years nothing major There a couple of tears on the black flap part where the wheels slot in this is due to the weight of the heavy SPV Also the original owner had special museum packing to be put in underneath the plinth to keep the base of the plinth from dropping down due to the weight of the SPV it can be easily removed but i would take them out it keeps the plinth base solid please see second last photo I would rate the inner plinth a 7.5 to 8 out of 10 No instructions
