Description: Original silk braid yellow wound stripe for serious wounds as introduced On 14th July 1942 by People's Commissar of Defence Order No. 213. Stripe is silk sewn onto a fabric backing, it is worn on the right breast at the level of the middle button, or just above the breast pocket. This is an original item, it is also supplied with a reproduction wound certificate printed on recycled paper for the 2471st evacuation hospital, complete with matching hospital stamp. Certificate is based on an original and is supplied blank, and will need to be filled in! DOCUMENT POUCH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE, IT IS FOR DEMONSTRATION ONLY.
