The negative battery terminal has corroded and broke off so it will not make contact. I was able to install enough metal in between the battery and the terminal. It did spin with the correct positioning.The "on / off" switch will not make the spinner turn off or on with above fix. Power is constant.Sold for parts or repair. See pictures for condition.
