This neat game was made by Hassenfeld Bros., Inc. They eventually became Hasbro. An internet search turned up nothing about it. I’m guessing that this is late 1950s early 1960s. The green playing field is made of very thin brittle plastic. There are some breaks in the plastic. The red handle on one of the magnetic wands has come off. That said I believe that this is a rare game. The plastic covering it has wear and some holes in it. I’m amazed that it has survived this well! Look carefully at the photos and you be the judge on condition. Please look closely at the pictures for condition. A wonderful addition to your collection.
