Pages and page edges are tanned from age. It’s harder to turn the pages at the back because the cover and plastic spiral are a bit crunched. But every page can be turned gently. The 1960s Home Economics teachers probably didn’t dream that more than 50 years later, cooks young and old would still be using their books. And there are years of life left in this book.
