Our wood kits are perfectly machined to make sure that they are easy to install. All pieces are 3/4-inch thick assembled using hand-matched Oak. Hand matching guarantees that the grain and color doesn't vary from board to board. Brothers recommends finishing your new wood kit soon after receiving it, so that it will last longer and stay looking fresh. The pre-drilled wood set will save you an incredible amount of time and labor. The pre-punched stainless steel bed strips run between each of the bed boards. They are made from high-quality polished stainless steel. The bed strips are 1-1/2 wide, 18 gauge thick, and pre-punched with square holes, to save you time and effort. (for easier installation).
