No noted maker's mark. *5/22/24* CONDITION: Acceptable, antique condition. These have heavy surface rusting and discoloration all throughout. One has a few paint specks on it. Both holder pieces swivel fine. Will come as shown, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: The "batwing" holder pieces are 4 1/4" long. SHIPPING: Calculated.
