Description: This is a pair of handmade, reproduction chalkware finials replicated from the original, a direct 1-to-1 copy. Finials are created in the traditional style of chalkware, using nickel external hardware and reinforced internally with solid brass knurled hardware. These are unfinished chalkware meaning that there is no primer or paint on them. If you're looking for finished pieces, check our other items. Finials are hand cast, cured, finished. The entire process takes one week to complete properly, due to drying/curing and cleaning up the piece. Please note that there will be tiny air bubbles in the pieces just like the originals, the surfaces aren't perfect (nor are they supposed to be). Fits any standard lamp harp (1/4-27 threading). These are new, unused, without any packaging. Guaranteed against defects in material and craftsmanship. For matching the color of your lamp, you can take your lamp to a paint store and have them color match it with an appropriate paint. I recommend acrylic enamel paint due to its hardiness and dense coverage, but you can use anything suitable for plaster.
