One of the panels has a ruffle to the bottom with 9 rings to the top, the other does not have a ruffle and 8 rings to the top - both measure the same length bizarrely. More than enough fabric here for many projects In excellent vintage condition no holes or marks. Freshly laundered, line dried and ready to use.
