Description: Pair of Maitland-Smith patinated bronze candle holders modeled after a pair of woodcarvings by Valentino Besarel in the late 1800s. Each stands 17" tall and each weighs just over eight pounds. A label on the bottom of each shows "1653-364" and the male figure still retains the Maitland-Smith label. Overall condition is very good for both, the male has a rub on the elbow as seen in the photos, both are fine otherwise.
