Description: First US Edition, first printing hardcover with dust jacket in very good condition. The jacket is intact and the price is intact but the jacket is chipped at the corners and at the spine edges, and has a small closed tear on the back. The jacket is also rubbed on the front and back and the cover has some minor smudges (see photo). There is a light stamp on the first free endpaper (see photo). The book is well-bound. The front and rear covers have a small dent at the bottom edge. The jacket is protected in mylar. Scarce in this edition.
