Description: PEARL JAM 1994 TOUR - MY PERSONAL CREW / BACKSTAGE PASS FROM THE CHICAGO STADIUM w/ actual guitar picks used on stage that night by Mike McCready! ALSO included is a promotional sticker from the press booth from that night where I was for a few songs during the beginning of the show. (unused / unpeeled sticker for the Chicago Stadium during the Jordan era)! This was the very last rock show to ever take place in the building. It was being demolished as the United Center was being built. The Chicago Stadium was directly North of the United Center in the spot that is currently a lot. It was a sight to behold to see one stadium built on one side of the street, and directly across Madison St. was the Chicago Stadium. This show was one of my greatest memories of Pearl Jam but takes second to the show we saw just 3 days later at the Regal Theater. I want to say the Regal held about 1500 people at the very most. T THIS SHOW WAS OUTSTANDING! Not kidding... H I G H - E N E R G Y ! This pass is insanely rare! Not kidding. There were under 10 passes for local crew and a handful to guests. How many actually made it? Not kidding. Everyone peeled them and tossed them after the show ended. I was the nerd who actually placed it in a plastic, pass holder sleeve / lanyard and saved it. 3-10-1994 - March 10, 1994 - Chicago Stadium The intent was to frame this with a couple dozen other items, but I simply have not the time. I am now retired and putting more time into my family and other projects. I'm leaving the framing up to you! NOT SOME RIDICULOUS OVERSTOCK EXTRAS THAT WERE NEVER ISSUED OR USED. LIKE ALL OF MY BACKSTAGE PASSES THEY WERE IN A PLASTIC PROTECTIVE SLEEVE ON A LAMINATE / CREDENTIAL HOLDER AND ALWAYS KEPT IN GREAT CONDITION - FOLLOWING THE SHOWS THEY WERE STORED IN HEAVY DUTY ACRYLIC SLEEVES. I have hesitated to sell some of my credentials however it's time some of these tour backstage passes / laminates go to a proper home in hopes they are displayed with photos from the shows and properly framed as I had always intended. BEWARE OF SELLERS THAT SELL UNUSED / NEVER ISSUED / AND OFTEN TIMES LAMINATED BY THEM! There are a ton of sellers that sell passes and laminates that were never issued by tour management and purchased via the pass printing companies and other means. BEWARE! Don't be ripped off. Serious collectors have zero interest in these worthless novelty items many unscrupulous sellers try and pass off as legitimate & management issued. Every pass I have is as authentic as it gets! I have worked in the live / touring music business since 1986... over 36 years now. In that time, I have amassed a collection of items like none other and am now offering a small portion of my items to the public. I try and provide as much information as possible regarding each item and most everything I have I have actual dates and venues they were obtained. I went so far as to literally catalog everything I collected at a particular concert that evening or following day of the event, going so far as to keep an actual journal for over 30 years with meticulous notes. I look forward to finding good homes for these pieces... It breaks my heart to sell them, but I must part with some of them as I have literally run out of storage and refuse to rent a larger unit.
