Description: PETER ROBERT KEIL / Signed / Untitled / 22x28x.01 (inches) Influenced by German Expressionism and graffiti elements, Keil is known for his simplified abstractions of traditional art subjects. He studied under Otto Nagel at a young age and developed relationships with other renowned artists such as Joan Miró. As Keil abandoned realism and developed his signature style, he used more vibrant colors rapidly applied with large gestural brushstrokes resembling the abstract style of Picasso. The piece offered is in vintage/antique and/or in used condition and may have flaws. Any flaws, fleabites, scratches, straw-marks, cracks, chips, rips, repairs, manufacturer marks, air bubbles and/or imperfections will be focused on and labeled in the photos.
