Damaged Products If you receive a damaged product please keep the item, the box, and all packaging materials. Most often the package really isnt really lost but missed being scanned. When this happens your purchase may show no movement in the USPS tracking system, but may, in fact, be moving as scheduled. We normally give the post office 10 days to deliver a product before sending a replacement or refund. Feel free to contact us if your tracking number shows your product is not moving. Please remember we can only look at the same tracking number you have and get the same information that you see.
