Description: Found through out the plains states. The majority found come from Texas. Plainview has become a catch all term for unfluted Lanceolate. They are named for Plainview, Texas.This point was found in Fulton CO., Illinois. It is made from light grey chert. Resharpenings have reduced the original size of the blade. There appears to be fluting. Don Davis Identified it as a Dalton. There are two C.O.A.s
