Some of them have chipped paint from being in storage for a couple of years. If you want perfection, go elsewhere. Acrylic paint with polycrylic gloss clear coat. They're the pre order / trading card game figures Dragon, steel, and ??? type arceus have metallic paint. The rest are standard gloss
