For a single 8"x10" photo purchase, in addition to the cost of shipping you will be charged a $5 handling fee at check out for the 8" x 10" rigid plastic top loader/protector ($3) and a 9" x 11.5" extra-rigid fiberboard photo/document mailer ($2) that your signed photo will ship in to best protect your purchase. Combined Shipping: We will combine shipping (see office hours below) only if the combined shipping request ( invoice ) has been sent before payment has been made. PLEASE DO NOT request combined shipping after payment, due to our volume of orders and our shipping procedures an invoice needs to be requested or sent before final order. We reserve the right to deny combined shipping if these procedures are not followed. Per the buyers request we can combine up to 3 signed photos in one 8" x 10" rigid plastic top loader/protector. We charge $3 per extra 8"x 10" rigid plastic top loader/protector. Each extra rigid photo/document mailer can fit up to two 8" x 10" rigid plastic top loader/protectors. We charge $2 per extra-rigid photo/document mailer. ***A special shipping request to combine extra photos into a single top loader or top loaders into extra protectors needs to be made in advance. If not, when we combine shipping each signed photo you purchase will be placed in an individual 8" x 10" rigid plastic top loader/protector. For example if you purchase four signed photos and request combined shipping, you would be charged $12 for the four 8" x 10" rigid plastic top loader/protectors and $4 for the two extra-rigid photo/document mailers (we tape the two mailers together using scotch shipping/packing tape), plus the cost of shipping. Returns: We do not offer returns. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we can not accept signed/autographed photos/merchandise back into our stock.
