When we are both ready, I will send you an 8 digit link code. 4. Press X and click on "Poke Portal" 5. Press the "L" button to connect to Nintendo Online. (IMPORTANT) 7. Select "Link Trade" and then "Set Link Code". 8. Enter the code that I have sent you, and click "Begin Searching". 9. From there, we should be able to connect. Select an unwanted pokemon for the trade. 10. Have fun and battle it out with your new Pokémon!
