Belyanovskaya was born on 1972. Gained a PhD in 2003 from Ukrainian State University of Chemical Engineering. Acquired the academic title of associate professor in 2015. Has been the associate professor of the Department of Power Engineering of Ukrainian State University of Chemical Engineering since 2014.
