This drawing would make a great present for any petrolhead, car nut or racing fan, for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas or just a Tuesday! :-) With this drawing I tried to capture a real sense of speed with the car blasting out of the background frame. I shaded the car to be quite dirty to make it look as if the car was deep into the 24hr race but also in bright sunlight with super sharp reflexions bouncing off of the car! In the background I drew and painted the Dunlop bridge with a packed crowd of spectators gathered all the way down the hill!
