"ILC series pulsers contain internal drive electronics that allow for either a built-in trigger pulse or a user-supplied trigger. IPC pulsers do not incorporate a power supply, so users must supply a trigger pulse and a bias voltage. ILC and IPC pulsers are temperature compensated to regulate output power. Applications that can benefit from the technology include rangefinding, LIDAR, atmospheric communications, and biomedical analysis."
