Radiance II dye basecoats and midcoats must be clearcoated. Radiance pigments can be mixed with either DELTRON® DBC 2000 basecoat or GLOBAL REFINISH SYSTEM® BC basecoat colors to create a wide range of dazzling basecoat and tri-coat custom finishes.
