Never lived in by a bird, yet. The imperfections on the tray and seed guard are from manufacture or shipping. I don't notice them when looking at the cage, unless I'm carefully looking for imperfections. I purchased the cage new, built the cage, tried to get one of my cockatiels to switch over to it, but he prefers the flight cage that he grew up in with his bird friend, because they are bonded. PA Pick-Up only. Prefer weekend pickup. Buyer will need to pick up from zipcode 15221 in Pittsburgh, PA. I can carry the cage outside for buyer, so buyer would just need to wheel it to their vehicle and carefully load it in. It is on the heavy side, 58lbs., and already built, so it's pretty big.
