This mount is new but may have minor scuffs or scratches from shelf wear. The measurements of the locking mechanism is 2 1/4 inches by 1 1/4 inches and 3 1/16 inches long. See pictures for how we came to those measurements. The mounting bracket measurements are adjustable and range from 19 1/2 inches to 21 inches long by 6 1/5 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches in girth.
