BMS ReplacementThis repair service is for ProTeam Gofree Flex Pro/ Gofree Flex Pro II 12Ah vacuum batteries Model#107513 (Purple Locking Tab). If the battery will not power on the vacuum, will not take a charge, and flashes the lowest battery level LED very briefly when pressed, then the battery protection board has failed. This is a common failure for this battery model. I will replace the battery protection board with a more robust model. The battery cells will not be replaced, so whatever run-time you were getting before the battery failed will remain the same after the repair. If I find during testing that your OEM battery cells give a runtime of less than 30 minutes I will contact you and recomend their replacement. Battery Cell ReplacementIf your battery works, but only for a short while (ie. 30 minutes or less) then your cells have failed. I will replace all (40) battery cells and your runtime will return to 75 minutes like it was when new. Battery Cell + BMS Replacement If you need both the BMS and battery cells replaced, or prefer to replace both as a preventative measure, it's much cheaper to get both done at the same time.
