Protect-All Rapid Weld has outstanding bondstrength, extreme durability, and excellent impactand weathering properties. Protect-All Rapid Weld’sexceptional flexibility helps to withstand extremetemperature fluctuation and thermal cycling. It isalso resistant to a wide range of chemicals. INSTALLATION:Ideal ambient temperatures for installation arebetween 65° F and 80° F. Temperatures below65° F will slow curing and above 80° F will speedup curing. Typical cure time is approximately 10minutes. Clean the bonding surfaces of loose materials, dirt,oils, excess adhesive, etc. For grooved seams,apply and smooth with appropriate Rapid Weld toolwithin 4 to 6 minutes. On the base, apply 1/4-inchbead and smooth with base tool to get appropriateradius within 4 to 6 minutes. For maximumperformance, leave undisturbed for at least 15minutes.
