Selling this gorgeous 8 pc set of Pyrex "Amish" Butterprint casserole dishes with lids. The pattern consists of a farming scene featuring farmer and wife holding a bushel of crops. Surrounding them are crops in the field, wheat sheafs tied together, roosters and corn plants. This is the Cinderella Round Casserole Set. Produced in 1957. The set includes: #472 (1.5 pints) #473 (1 quart) #474 (1.5 quart) #475 (2.5 quart) with clear glass lids Condition: This set is in excellent, vintage condition. It has been very gently used and taken care of very well! No dishwasher damage, no nicks/chips/cracks on either the dishes or the lids and only a speck or two of scratch marks to the paint on the turquoise casseroles. There is a tiny silver utensil mark on the inside of the largest casserole tab handles (see picture with pen point for size reference). The largest dish measures about 8.5" in diameter with a depth of 3.5". PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO PUT THESE CASSEROLES IN THE DISHWASHER -- HAND WASH ONLY. BY DOING THIS, IT WILL PRESERVE THE SHINE ON THE CASSEROLE DISHES. The color scheme starts out with the #472, 1.5 pt. size being turquoise on white, the #473 1 quart being white on turquoise, the #474 1.5 quart being reversed turquoise on white, and the #475 largest 2.5 quart being white on turquoise again. This is a collector set of vintage Pyrex turquoise and white Amish butter print lidded casseroles. This is considered one of the most desirable patterns to collect for its beautiful turquoise color and white design. This would make a spectacular holiday gift for the new collector or the one that is missing the set. I AM NOT AN EXPERT WHEN IT COMES TO GAUGING THE CONDITION OF USED OR VINTAGE ITEMS.
