Description: An amazing Qing Dynasty Blanc de Chine Dehua Ceramic teapot circa 1810. Either a Chinese Immortal or Scholar resting alongside flowering plants, this antique teapot is in wonderful condition. Even though it lost its lid many years ago, it has been well cared for over the decades. It has no chips or cracks and what appears to be flaws or chips on the back of the item are, instead, fingerprints of the artist as he/she held this ceramic piece and applied the white coat of paint. It has a wire handle and is signed on the bottom and measures 5.5" tall, 6" long and 3.5" wide.
