This pattern is clean, never used, the pages are in great condition and the directions are clearly readable. The pages are professionally produced, and the uncut patterns produced are inside the original plastic sleeve which has been inspected. If there is damage in any way indicated, it will be noted here in the description. Please review the photos included for fabric suggestions, dimensions/ size of several finished item, and other specifics for this project. Finished size is suggested for three (3) plus projects listed on the back. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have as I take great care in assuring happy customers. This pattern ships in a First Class envelop with tracking by USPS. If interested in purchasing multiple patterns, I do offer combined shipping, but you need to let me know since the system does not alert me. The buyer needs to provide proof that the item was damaged or is not as described with photographs illustrating this. If a return is requested, contact with me needs to be made as soon as possible, but absolutely within the 30 days of receipt of item that you are requesting a return, otherwise my return policy is null and void!
