Description: Up for sale is a beautiful autographed rookie card (Red Prism parallel, one of only 60 copies made) of Los Angeles Kings young star Quinton Byfield! I pulled the card myself from a hobby box of 2021-22 O-Pee-Chee hockey, and since I am focusing on my Ottawa Senators PC at the moment (as much as I was excited to pull this card I am happy the Kings didn't draft Tim Stutzle at 2), I am moving on from it even though it is a beauty. Byfield was a phenom in Junior, has a high draft pedigree (2nd overall in the 2020 NHL draft), and has established himself as a top 6 player on a Los Angeles Kings team that is all-in in its quest to bring the Stanley Cup back to California. He is poised for a breakout season on this stacked team, so now is the perfect time to pick up this low-numbered rookie auto! The card pictured is the actual card you will receive. To my eye, there are no visible defects with regards to the surface, corners, or edges, but the back of the card is off-center (left to right) and the serial number print is slightly crooked. Given these minor flaws, it's unlikely the card would receive a gem mint grade (my personal opinion), but the seller makes no guarantees as to what grade it would receive from a professional grading service. The card will be secured in a penny-sleeve and top loader, which will be closed off with tape (not Scotch tape), surrounded with protective cardboard, and will be shipped in a sealed, bubble-protected envelope.
