There are condition issues to note with the lovely piece, some of which are part of the design and one of which appears to need some TLC ~ there is what appears to be some dust accumulation under the protective glass in the lower right hand of the piece about 8 1/2" wide and from 1/2" to 3" tall along the bottom ~ There is also large crackling on the matte, which appears to be part of the design ~ This masterful work is from a curator of some of the finest artwork from around the world ~ this piece was a very expensive item and it is being offered for a fraction of its original cost ~ this marvelously serene and tranquil piece will bring warmth and joy to any room or decor ~ Local Pickup is OK and shipping includes protection for the glass along with insurance ~ please see photos for condition details ~ tracking number included with all shipments ~ All items are from a smoke free environment.
