Description: This is a vintage hobbyist's Ram Products RAMPOWER 45 handheld rotary drill/engraver. Not certain but think it's around 20 years old. Includes the Base/Power Supply, all cords, Foot Control Pedal and a Handset. Issue is with the Handset as it won't turn. You can feel it torque when power is applied but it just won't rotate. Maybe fixable, maybe not. The Base Control Unit and Foot Control are fine and in excellent shape. Sold for Parts or Restoration only. Guaranteed to please the new owner or I'll buy it back.
