Description: This rare 1910s "Oxford Gems" litho 100 cigar tin, measuring 4 3/8", 5 1/8" x 7 3/4", is in fair condition with some superficial rust, some small dents and some age related paint scratches, chips and discoloration. The hinge is in excellent working order. This bright red and green tin features a detailed image of an Oxford College Alumni wearing a cap and gown. The cigars were named after the Oxford College "Gem" Theatre. The cigars were manufactured by the Joseph Schwartz Cigar Company, Cleveland, OH in Factory 17, 18th District, OH.
