Description: This is a rare Liberty Bell souvenir from the 1915 PPIE Panama Pacific International Exposition. This souvenir was to honor the arrival of the Liberty Bell at the Expo on July 17, 1915 and which stayed on display for 4 months in the Pennsylvania Building. This Liberty Bell is metal (Copper?) and it measures about 4” tall and 2.75” wide, and 2 1/8” deep. It has a union shield at the top with an arch that suspends the bell. It actually moves and rings. On the base is an eagle with “E. Pluribus Unum” banner in its beak. Along the our edge it reads “ Official Souvenir-Panama Pacific International Exposition-San Francisco 1915”. It is in good condition however it does tilt slightly back(last pic). This will be shipped Priority Mail with insurance. Please look over the pictures and ask questions before bidding.
