Description: This is a RARE set of cobalt Kimble Glass swizzle sticks/stir sticks with great vintage advertising for the "N W D Airtour". This lot includes the original box with the remnants of "KIMBLE" stickers at each end. Each of these items are marked "NWD Airtour" and (6) carry the Kimble glass marking "K" within a cartouche. There are (6) stirrers with spoons and (6) stir sticks with knobs. The spoon version measures approx. 6 inches long and the stir sticks are just a little shorter. These are all in nice condition and there appears to be virtually complete print on each item. The box is unmarked except for the damaged end stickers, and the lid has two corner splits, a split side and some soiling. The interior of the box is also soiled a bit but there is no foul odor and it has protected the contents well. This is a rare set and the only example that we have ever seen is in a glass museum in West Virginia. These great items are offered as found in a local estate with a number of other personal items dating from around 1925 to about 1940.
