This auction is for a VERY HARD TO FIND REBUILT WIPER MOTOR for the JAGUAR SERIES ONE LEFT HAND DRIVE E-TYPE (XKE). This 75404 LUCAS motor has been completely RESTORED. We replaced the brushes, glass beaded the case and resprayed it with the original GREY HAMMER-TONE PAINT, the armature was inspected, spray insulated, lathe-turned and tested good or rewound when necessary. The fields are resprayed, tested and replaced if defective. We polished the dated ID PLATE, REPLACED THE HARNESS WITH A NEW COLOUR-CODED CLOTH COVERED WIRING HARNESS and bench tested the finished assembly.
