Description: This is an extremely RARE (less than 100 produced I believe) 1 ounce .9999 FINE SILVER PROOF SPECIMEN coin as pictured with frosted reliefs and numbered 00029 and stamped as such on the side of the coin. This coin was produced by Maple Leaf Mint to celebrate the Canada U.S. Free Trade agreement in 1989. Very few of these were produced; they were also produced in .9999 GOLD and even fewer of those were made. A 10 oz. GOLD coin version was presented to Mulroney.
