Unbelievably good condition for paper of its age, just some light damage and old creases that have since been flattened out from nearly 100 years of being stacked away on a shelf. Author was an influential banker from the period and widely considered one of the protagonists for the subsequent stock crash that led to the Great Depression. A truly wonderful historical reference piece. Not something you’ll likely find again and if so, certainly not in this condition. Shipped with USPS First Class.
