Though being stamped property of the U.S. Library/ it is stamped as a surplus editionon the first page. There are three sections corrected to Dec. 7, 1895 to April 22, 1896.There is considerable information in this book and perhaps very useful to someonewho is studying US government back to this time. The book has wear to covers, some toning, a small split after the first few pages,but generally is sound and in good condition for age. I did not see any foxing spots.There are maps and populations of congressional districts, drawings ofblue prints of the capital building etc. A political treasure.
