No publication date but looks to be circa 1880s. Photo 1 shows a bit of wear to the top of the cover spine but does not impact on pages inside. Photo 2 shows a bit of fading on the right edge of the front cover. Photo 12 shows the inside cover right brown page is missing but binding and other pages inside are in great condition.
